Yoga & Meditation with Katelyn Event Description

Hi friends! As part of my Yoga Teacher Training, I am teaching 10 free classes to help me practice and receive my certification. 

I will be teaching Wednesday, Sept. 25th from 7:30 to 9:00pm at the Wellness Refinery in Lehi. It will be an hour Yoga class followed by a 20 minute meditation.
