Herriman HOWL - Business Booth Sign Up

Come connect with the Herriman community at our Herriman Halloween Howl event on Monday, October 7th.  We'll have entertainment, decorations, food trucks, a marketplace and more!

We're holding 25 vendor booth spaces at Crane Park for our local businesses to interact with guests by either giving away candy to the kids or hosting a free activity or game for them.

Use your space to showcase your business or groups message. At this time, we are NOT allowing any goods or services to be sold from these booths.  Contact information collection is okay as long as it's voluntary and there are no pressured sales methods.  We want this to be a festive atmosphere and would appreciate all efforts regarding this.  If you would like to sell at our marketplace please reach out to Good4Life Markets who coordinate that aspect of the event: good4lifemarkets@gmail.com

THEME: If possible, we'd love for you to decorate your booth for Halloween but it's not required

SETUP: 2:30 - 4:30 PM - motorized vehicles are not allowed on the cement or grass without permission

EVENT TIMES ADVERTISED:  5:00 - 8:30 PM

ATTENDANCE: The Howl has been very popular in the past and we're expecting over 5,000 guests again this year

REQUIREMENTS: We require you to offer candy for the kids (at least 2,000) OR/AND provide a free activity or game that can be done quickly. Please indicate which one you'll be providing during sign up. We're planning to have two sections this year - one for trick or treat style candy distribution and a second section for interactive games. If you're in the activity game area please list what type of activity you'd like to provide.

SPACE: 12'x12' space will be assigned to you at Crane Park.  There is NO access to power.  You will need to bring your own tables, tents, tent weights, signage, carts, dolly's, etc.

FEE: To reserve your space, the fee is $50 and you can pay on the next page when you register.
