Great Idea, Terrible Execution
Went to the event Saturday, 5/18 only to be asked if I had my own equipment. Nowhere, and I mean absolutely nowhere, did it state on their website or registration site that you needed your own equipment. They said we were the third group this happened to. To the event organizers: That means you have a communication problem! The ladies at the front tried telling me, it's like a gun, you buy one and don't just use any. Uhh, yes you do, the point is to test what works best for you. Then she proceeds to tell me I can go to their indoor range to rent and try some lol holy smokes. They then took down mine and my friend's info and said they would call Montage to issue refunds. I emailed Montage Mountain to get an update on this and turns out they don't issue refunds and to contact the event organizers, High Trines Archery! I'm getting the run-around here and don't appreciate it. A total joke of a situation. Never again. I wonder how many people in total were misled...
